SELECT 10 OR MORE of your favorite meal prep items.. Our SELECT 10+ programs gives you the freedom to select any meal prepping item that you like. This way if you are one that does not eat breakfast or a certain one of our menu items, it does not have to go to waist in your freezer. From our original Rapid weight loss program success, we have selected the top fifteen favorite menu items for you to select from. This prepping option will be only ten dollars more than our regular Rapid weight loss program, due to the fact that we make all of our menu items in bulk.

These meals are based off of a caloric deficient diet. Each meal will contain 250-450 calories, proteins fats and carbs will vary. Our past clients have proven that this works! From health benefits such as reversed diabiteas to weight loss anywhere from 10-30lbs. 

You may also select our LEAN GAIN portion sized meals. these meals will contain 450-600 calories and will not pertain to our Rapid weight loss program. These meals are for those customers who are not looking to lose weight fast but to loss weight over time.
